Short version: this landing page collects only the email you give us for the waitlist. The Conduit application itself runs entirely on your machine and never sends your chat data to us.

What we collect on this site
When you submit the waitlist form, we store your email address and a source tag (which section of the page you submitted from). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). We use this address solely to notify you when Conduit Cloud opens. Mail delivery via Resend (hosted in the EU/US, Standard Contractual Clauses in place). You can request deletion any time at hi@tryconduit.de.
Server logs
Vercel (our hosting provider) stores standard server logs (IP, user agent, request path) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Retention: 14 days by Vercel default.
The Conduit application itself
Your chat history, your prompts, and any data passed through MCP servers stay on the machine running the bridge. We never see it. The Cloudflare tunnel only transports encrypted WebSocket traffic between your phone and your Mac — Cloudflare terminates TLS at the edge but does not log message contents.
Your rights (Art. 15–22 GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and port any personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. Email hi@tryconduit.de and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA).
