Privacy.
Short version: this is Conduit’s marketing site. It collects the email you give us for the waitlist and anything you send us about Conduit for Teams — nothing more. The Conduit app and Conduit Cloud accounts process data separately; that is covered in full in our product privacy policy.

What we collect on this site
When you submit the waitlist form, we store your email address and a source tag (which section of the page you submitted from). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). We use this address solely to notify you when Conduit Cloud opens.
When you contact us through the Conduit for Teams form, we process the email address, company name, team size and any note you provide, in order to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract). This is delivered to us by email — we do not build a separate database from it.
Mail delivery via Resend (hosted in the EU/US, Standard Contractual Clauses in place). You can request deletion any time at hi@tryconduit.de.
Server logs
Vercel (our hosting provider) stores standard server logs (IP, user agent, request path) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Retention: 14 days by Vercel default.
The Conduit app & Conduit Cloud accounts
This page only covers the marketing site. How the Conduit application handles your chats, prompts and voice (they stay on your own machine), how the AI providers you connect are treated, and what we store for a Conduit Cloud account (email, billing via Stripe, your private tunnel config) are all described in our single, canonical product privacy policy:

Your rights (Art. 15–22 GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and port any personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. Email hi@tryconduit.de and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA).
